Miles Away - Single 2007 Enraptured Records
The Storm Society are a Glasgow based band consisting of: STUART KEMSLEY (Formally of Inch Blue) - Vocals & Guitar, ANDY GLEN - Guitar, STEPHEN GOVER - Bass, NATHAN CALDWELL - Drums.
The band have been together since June 2006 and are about to release their debut single on ENRAPTURED RECORDS in March 2007.Stuart Kemsley has also recorded some 12 songs for a solo album which he hopes to release in 2007.One music journalist described the incredible wall of sound by a band that had no name as " A turbulent musical storm". Inspired by his comments, they decided to call themselves THE STORM SOCIETY."
Crashing drums, thunderous bass lines and wind tunnel guitars are pinned down by a booming baritone vocal delivery to create the bands epic and majestic sound.The Storm Society have only been together a few short months but have already caught the attention of a few names in the industry. Despite not being around long enough to even play live they have landed themselves management and a single / album deal with the seminal indie label Enraptured Records.
