Severe Severe - Beyond The Pink 2008
This is a band with the kind of economy of sound and wiry presentation that has its roots in the better post-punk bands of the early 80s.

Boasting a line-up that features veterans of the L.A. Goth and Punk Rock scenes (The Leaving Trains, Christian Death, Sluts for Hire, 45 Grave, The Helpful Nuns, Faith & the Muse, to name but a few...)

The Daughters of Bristol - Jones Hall 2007 (Magnolia Recordings)

Started as an ambitious pop group UltraNoir got influences from shoegaze and post-rock to early eighties post-punk acts such as Joy Division and The Cure with shades of Sisters of Mercy or Bauhaus. These elements blended with political lyrics rather similar with acts like Crisis, PiL and Manic Street Preachers.
Death in Dresden began as the solo project of Maury Morfiend. The lead guitarist and co-songwriter for the band Les Poetes Maudits (the cursed poets). Shortly after releasing their first c.d., and playing some great shows, the Poetes disbanded due to conflict of interests. The new project quickly started to form from the ashes of the previous band with Maury Laying down tracks on guitar, Bass , vocals , And computer rendered sequences.
